We created a warm, uplifting brand and packaging experience, defined messaging pillars around wellness and practicality, and built an ecommerce site that simplified gifting and subscriptions. Social storytelling highlighted real healthcare heroes and unboxings to drive community and retention. The brand balanced heart and utility—exactly what the audience needed.
